اِنَّمَا التَّوْبَةُ عَلَى اللّٰهِ لِلَّذِیْنَ یَعْمَلُوْنَ السُّوْٓءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ یَتُوْبُوْنَ مِنْ قَرِیْبٍ فَاُولٰٓىٕكَ یَتُوْبُ اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِمْؕ-وَ كَانَ اللّٰهُ عَلِیْمًا حَكِیْمًا ﴿۱۷﴾

وہ توبہ جس کا قبول کرنا اللہ نے اپنے فضل سے لازم کرلیا ہے وہ انہیں کی ہے جو نادانی سے برائی کر بیٹھیں پھر تھوڑی دیر میں توبہ کرلیں (ف۴۶) ایسوں پر اللہ اپنی رحمت سے رجوع کرتا ہے، اور اللہ علم و حکمت والا ہے، ﴿۱۷﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) خدا انہیں لوگوں کی توبہ قبول فرماتا ہے جو نادانی سے بری حرکت کر بیٹھے ہیں۔ پھر جلد توبہ قبول کرلیتے ہیں پس ایسے لوگوں پر خدا مہربانی کرتا ہے۔ اور وہ سب کچھ جانتا (اور) حکمت والا ہے ﴿۱۷﴾

Surah Nisa Ayat 17 with English Translation

Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise. ﴾17﴿
