فَلَمَّاۤ اَنْ جَآءَ الْبَشِیْرُ اَلْقٰىهُ عَلٰى وَجْهِهٖ فَارْتَدَّ بَصِیْرًاۚ-قَالَ اَلَمْ اَقُلْ لَّكُمْ ﳐ اِنِّیْۤ اَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ ﴿۹۶﴾

پھر جب خوشی سنانے والا آیا (ف۲۱۴) اس نے وہ کرتا یعقوب کے منہ پر ڈالا اسی وقت اس کی آنکھیں پھر آئیں (دیکھنے لگیں) کہ میں نہ کہتا تھا کہ مجھے اللہ کی وہ شانیں معلوم ہیں جو تم نہیں جانتے (ف۲۱۵) ﴿۹۶﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) جب خوشخبری دینے والا آ پہنچا تو کرتہ یعقوب کے منہ پر ڈال دیا اور وہ بینا ہو گئے (اور بیٹوں سے) کہنے لگے کیا میں نے تم سے نہیں کہا تھا کہ میں خدا کی طرف سے وہ باتیں جانتا ہوں جو تم نہیں جانتے ﴿۹۶﴾
