Baab Khaane Ke Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ يَقْبَلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيُثِيبُ عَلَيْهَا ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَجَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا نَعْرِفُهُ مَرْفُوعًا إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامٍ.

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہدیہ قبول کرتے تھے اور اس کا بدلہ دیتے تھے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث اس سند سے حسن غریب صحیح ہے، ۲- ہم اسے صرف عیسیٰ بن یونس کی روایت سے جانتے ہیں، جسے وہ ہشام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، ۳- اس باب میں ابوہریرہ، انس، ابن عمر اور جابر رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

English Translation

Aishah narrated: The Prophet would accept gifts and he would give something in return.
