Baab Ehem Muarkon Ka Bayan Ju Ummat May Hone Walay Hain

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي شَبَابَةُ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ ثُوَيْرٍ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ أَدْنَى أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ مَنْزِلَةً لَمَنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى جِنَانِهِ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَنَعِيمِهِ وَخَدَمِهِ وَسُرُرِهِ مَسِيرَةَ أَلْفِ سَنَةٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَكْرَمَهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَجْهِهِ غَدْوَةً وَعَشِيَّةً ثُمَّ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَاضِرَةٌ ‏‏‏‏ 22 ‏‏‏‏ إِلَى رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٌ ‏‏‏‏ 23 ‏‏‏‏ سورة القيامة آية 22-23 قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ ثُوَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَرْفُوعٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبْجَرَ، عَنْ ثُوَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مَوْقُوفٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَرَوَى عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ثُوَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَوْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”سب سے کم تر درجے کا جنتی وہ ہو گا جو اپنے باغات، بیویوں، نعمتوں، خادموں اور تختوں کی طرف دیکھے گا جو ایک ہزار سال کی مسافت پر مشتمل ہوں گے، اور اللہ کے پاس سب سے مکرم وہ ہو گا جو اللہ کے چہرے کی طرف صبح و شام دیکھے۔ پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی «وجوه يومئذ ناضرة إلى ربها ناظرة» ”اس دن بہت سے چہرے تروتازہ اور بارونق ہوں گے، اپنے رب کی طرف دیکھتے ہوں گے“ ( القیامۃ: ۲۲، ۲۳ ) ۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث کئی سندوں سے اسرائیل کے واسطہ سے جسے وہ ثویر سے، اور ثویر ابن عمر سے روایت کرتے ہیں مرفوعاً آئی ہے۔ جب کہ اسے عبدالملک بن جبر نے ثویر کے واسطہ سے ابن عمر سے موقوفاً روایت کیا ہے، اور عبیداللہ بن اشجعی نے سفیان سے، سفیان نے ثویر سے، ثویر نے مجاہد سے اور مجاہد نے ابن عمر سے ان کے اپنے قول کی حیثیت سے اسے غیر مرفوع روایت کیا ہے۔

English Translation

Thuwair narrated from Ibn Umar, saying: The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: Indeed the least of the people of Paradise in rank is the one who shall look at his gardens, his wives, his bounties, his servants and his beds for the distance of a thousand years, and the noblest of them with Allah is the one who shall look at His Face morning and night. Then the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) recited: Some faces on that day shall be radiant. They shall be looking at their Lord.
