(Another chain that) Amir bin Sa'd narrated: The Prophet ordered placing the hands (on the ground). And he mentioned in it: From his father.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَرَوَى يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْيَدَيْنِ وَنَصْبِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ مُرْسَلٌ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ وُهَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَجْمَعَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ وَاخْتَارُوهُ.

عامر بن سعد سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دونوں ہاتھوں کو ( زمین پر ) رکھنے کا حکم دیا ہے، آگے راوی نے اسی طرح کی حدیث ذکر کی، البتہ انہوں نے اس میں «عن أبيه» کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- عامر بن سعد سے مرسلاً روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دونوں ہاتھوں ( زمین پر ) رکھنے اور دونوں قدموں کو کھڑے رکھنے کا حکم دیا ہے ۲؎، ۲- یہ مرسل روایت وہیب کی حدیث سے زیادہ صحیح ہے ۳؎، اور اسی پر اہل علم کا اجماع ہے، اور لوگوں نے اسی کو اختیار کیا ہے۔
