Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ نَحْوَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ عَلِيٍّ فِيهِ اضْطِرَابٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ تَحْلِقَ الْمَرْأَةُ رَأْسَهَا . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لَا يَرَوْنَ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ حَلْقًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَيَرَوْنَ أَنَّ عَلَيْهَا التَّقْصِيرَ.

Urdu Translation

اس سند سے بھی   خلاس سے اسی طرح مروی ہے، لیکن اس میں انہوں نے علی رضی الله عنہ کے واسطے کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- علی رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث میں اضطراب ہے، یہ حدیث حماد بن سلمہ سے بطریق: «قتادة عن عائشة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم» مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عورت کو اپنا سر مونڈانے سے منع فرمایا، ۲- اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ عورت کے لیے سر منڈانے کو درست نہیں سمجھتے ان کا خیال ہے کہ اس پر تقصیر ( بال کتروانا ) ہے۔
