Baab Giri Pari Gumshida Chezon Se Mutaliq Masail

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَرْدَفَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ إِلَى مِنًى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ . وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ الْفَضْلِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ الْحَاجَّ لَا يَقْطَعُ التَّلْبِيَةَ حَتَّى يَرْمِيَ الْجَمْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق.

Urdu Translation

فضل بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں:   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے مزدلفہ سے منیٰ تک اپنا ردیف بنایا ( یعنی آپ مجھے اپنے پیچھے سواری پر بٹھا کر لے گئے ) آپ برابر تلبیہ کہتے رہے یہاں تک کہ آپ نے جمرہ ( عقبہ ) کی رمی کی۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- فضل رضی الله عنہ کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں علی، ابن مسعود، اور ابن عباس رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- اور صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے کہ حاجی تلبیہ بند نہ کرے جب تک کہ جمرہ کی رمی نہ کر لے۔ یہی شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے ۱؎۔

English Translation

Al-Fadl bin Abbas narrated: I was a companion rider with the Messenger of Allah from Jam to Mina. He did not cease saying the Talbiyah until stoning Jamrat Al-Aqabah.
