حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُمْسِكُ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ إِذَا اسْتَلَمَ الْحَجَرَ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ لَا يَقْطَعُ الْمُعْتَمِرُ التَّلْبِيَةَ حَتَّى يَسْتَلِمَ الْحَجَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا انْتَهَى إِلَى بُيُوتِ مَكَّةَ قَطَعَ التَّلْبِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى حَدِيثِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالشَّافِعِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِسْحَاق.

Urdu Translation

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے مرفوعاً روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم عمرہ میں تلبیہ پکارنا اس وقت بند کرتے جب حجر اسود کا استلام کر لیتے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما سے بھی روایت ہے، ۳- اکثر اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ عمرہ کرنے والا شخص تلبیہ بند نہ کرے جب تک کہ حجر اسود کا استلام نہ کر لے، ۴- بعض کہتے ہیں کہ جب مکے کے گھروں یعنی مکہ کی آبادی میں پہنچ جائے تو تلبیہ پکارنا بند کر دے۔ لیکن عمل نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ( مذکورہ ) حدیث پر ہے۔ یہی سفیان، شافعی، احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ بھی کہتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Ibn Abbas narrated: (that the Prophet): Would stop saying the Talbiyah during Umrah when he touched the (Black) Stone.
