Baab Tahajud Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ , قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، أَنَّهُ عَقَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَقَلَ مَجَّةً مَجَّهَا فِي وَجْهِهِ مِنْ بِئْرٍ كَانَتْ فِي دَارِهِمْ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے اسحاق بن راہویہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے یعقوب بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے ہمارے باپ ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے کہا کہ مجھے محمود بن ربیع انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ   انہیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یاد ہیں اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وہ کلی بھی یاد ہے جو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے گھر کے کنویں سے پانی لے کر ان کے منہ میں کی تھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Mahmud bin Ar-rabi' Al-Ansari: that he remembered Allah's Apostle and he also remembered a mouthful of water which he had thrown on his face, after taking it from a well that was in their house.
