Sahih Bukhari 1633 - The Book Of Hajj

Baab Hajj Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ ابْنَةِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : شَكَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنِّي أَشْتَكِي ، فَقَالَ : طُوفِي مِنْ وَرَاءِ النَّاسِ وَأَنْتِ رَاكِبَةٌ ، فَطُفْتُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي إِلَى جَنْبِ البيت وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ : بِ وَالطُّورِ { 1 } وَكِتَابٍ مَسْطُورٍ { 2 } سورة الطور آية 1-2 .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ قعنبی نے بیان کیا انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے محمد بن عبدالرحمٰن بن نوفل نے، ان سے عروہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے زینب بنت ام سلمہ نے، ان سے ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے شکایت کی کہ میں بیمار ہو گئی ہوں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا پھر لوگوں کے پیچھے سے سوار ہو کر طواف کر لے۔ چنانچہ میں نے جب طواف کیا تو اس وقت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیت اللہ کے پہلو میں ( نماز کے اندر ) «والطور وكتاب مسطور‏» کی قرآت کر رہے تھے۔

English Translation

Narrated Um Salama: I informed Allah's Apostle that I was sick. He said, Perform Tawaf (of the Ka`ba) while riding behind the people. So, I performed the Tawaf while Allah's Apostle was offering the prayer beside the Ka`ba and was reciting Surat-at-Tur.
