Baab Hajj Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ , وَعَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيُّ ، أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُمَا ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ ، وَأَنْ يَقْسِمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا ، وَلَا يُعْطِيَ فِي جِزَارَتِهَا شَيْئًا .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا کہا کہ، ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن جریج نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے حسن بن مسلم اور عبدالکریم جزری نے خبر دی کہ مجاہد نے ان دونوں کو خبر دی، انہیں عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی لیلیٰ نے خبر دی، انہیں علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا تھا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی قربانی کے اونٹوں کی نگرانی کریں اور یہ کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قربانی کے جانوروں کی ہر چیز گوشت چمڑے اور جھول خیرات کر دیں اور قصائی کی مزدوری اس میں سے نہ دیں۔

English Translation

Narrated `Ali: The Prophet ordered me to supervise the (slaughtering) of Budn (Hadi camel) and to distribute their meat, skins and covering sheets in charity and not to give anything (of their bodies) to the butcher as wages for slaughtering.
