Chapter 35 THE BOOK OF SALES (BARGAINS)

باب کتاب خرید و فروخت کے مسائل کا بیان

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, You should not try to cancel the purchases of one another (to get a benefit thereof), and do not go ahead to meet the caravan (for buying the goods) (but wait) till it reaches the market.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ .

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کوئی شخص کسی دوسرے کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور جو مال باہر سے آ رہا ہو اس سے آگے جا کر نہ ملے جب تک وہ بازار میں نہ آئے۔
