Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. 310

Narrated `Aisha: One of the wives of Allah's Apostle joined him in I`tikaf and she noticed blood and yellowish discharge (from her private parts) and put a dish under her when she prayed.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتِ : اعْتَكَفَتْ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ ، فَكَانَتْ تَرَى الدَّمَ وَالصُّفْرَةَ وَالطَّسْتُ تَحْتَهَا وَهِيَ تُصَلِّي .

ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے خالد سے، وہ عکرمہ سے، وہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے، آپ نے فرمایا کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ازواج میں سے ایک نے اعتکاف کیا۔ وہ خون اور زردی ( نکلتے ) دیکھتیں، طشت ان کے نیچے ہوتا اور نماز ادا کرتی تھیں۔
