حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ . ح وحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مُحَاصِرِي خَيْبَرَ فَرَمَى إِنْسَانٌ بِجِرَابٍ فِيهِ شَحْمٌ ، فَنَزَوْتُ لِآخُذَهُ ، فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسْتَحْيَيْتُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے ابوالولید ہشام بن عبدالملک نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے شعبہ بن حجاج نے بیان کیا ‘ (دوسری سند) اور مجھ سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے وہب بن جریر نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے حمید بن بلال نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مغفل رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   ہم خیبر کا محاصرہ کئے ہوئے تھے کہ کسی شخص نے چمڑے کی ایک کپی پھینکی جس میں چربی تھی ‘ میں اسے اٹھانے کے لیے دوڑا لیکن میں نے جو مڑ کر دیکھا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم موجود تھے۔ میں شرم سے پانی پانی ہو گیا۔

English Translation

Narrated `Abdullah bin Mughaffal: While we were besieging Khaibar, a person threw a leather container containing some fat and I ran to take it. Suddenly I looked behind, and behold! The Prophet was there. So I felt shy (to take it then).
