Narrated `Imran bin Husain: The Prophet said, I looked into Paradise and found that the majority of its dwellers were the poor people, and I looked into the (Hell) Fire and found that the majority of its dwellers were women.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ زَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : اطَّلَعْتُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا الْفُقَرَاءَ ، وَاطَّلَعْتُ فِي النَّارِ ، فَرَأَيْتُ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِهَا النِّسَاءَ ، تَابَعَهُ أَيُّوبُ ، وَعَوْفٌ ، وَقَالَ صَخْرٌ ، وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .

ہم سے ابوولید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلم بن زریر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابورجاء عمران بن تمیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”میں نے جنت میں جھانکا تو اس میں رہنے والے اکثر غریب لوگ تھے اور میں نے دوزخ میں جھانکا تو اس کی رہنے والیاں اکثر عورتیں تھیں۔“ ابورجاء کے ساتھ اس حدیث کو ایوب سختیانی اور عوف اعرابی نے بھی روایت کیا ہے اور صخر بن جویریہ اور حماد بن نجیح دونوں اس حدیث کو ابورجاء سے، انہوں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کیا۔
