Baab Un Kuffar O Murtadon Ke Ehkaam Main Ju Musalmano Se Lerte Hain

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصَنْ ، بِنَفْيِ عَامٍ ، بِإِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے عقیل نے، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے سعید بن مسیب نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایسے شخص کے بارے میں جس نے زنا کیا تھا اور وہ غیر شادی شدہ تھا، حد قائم کرنے کے ساتھ ایک سال تک شہر باہر کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا تھا۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle judged that the unmarried person who was guilty of illegal sexual intercourse be exiled for one year and receive the legal punishment (i.e., be flogged with one-hundred stripes) .
