حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، ذَهَبَ الرِّجَالُ بِحَدِيثِكَ ، فَاجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ نَفْسِكَ يَوْمًا نَأْتِيكَ فِيهِ تُعَلِّمُنَا مِمَّا عَلَّمَكَ اللَّهُ ، فَقَالَ : اجْتَمِعْنَ ، فِي يَوْمِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فِي مَكَانِ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، فَاجْتَمَعْنَ ، فَأَتَاهُنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَعَلَّمَهُنَّ مِمَّا عَلَّمَهُ اللَّهُ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : مَا مِنْكُنَّ امْرَأَةٌ تُقَدِّمُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا مِنْ وَلَدِهَا ثَلَاثَةً إِلَّا كَانَ لَهَا حِجَابًا مِنَ النَّارِ ، فَقَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْهُنَّ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَوِ اثْنَيْنِ ، قَالَ : فَأَعَادَتْهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : وَاثْنَيْنِ ، وَاثْنَيْنِ ، وَاثْنَيْنِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوعوانہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن الاصبہانی نے، ان سے ابوصالح ذکوان نے اور ان سے ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ   ایک خاتون نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں اور کہا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ کی تمام احادیث مرد لے گئے، ہمارے لیے بھی آپ کوئی دن اپنی طرف سے مخصوص کر دیں جس میں ہم آپ کے پاس آئیں اور آپ ہمیں وہ تعلیمات دیں جو اللہ نے آپ کو سکھائی ہیں۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ فلاں فلاں دن فلاں فلاں جگہ جمع ہو جاؤ۔ چنانچہ عورتیں جمع ہوئیں اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے پاس آئے اور انہیں اس کی تعلیم دی جو اللہ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو سکھایا تھا۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”تم میں سے جو عورت بھی اپنی زندگی میں اپنے تین بچے آگے بھیج دے گی۔ ( یعنی ان کی وفات ہو جائے گی ) تو وہ اس کے لیے دوزخ سے رکاوٹ بن جائیں گے۔ اس پر ان میں سے ایک خاتون نے کہا: یا رسول اللہ! دو؟ انہوں نے اس کلمہ کو دو مرتب دہرایا، پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ہاں دو، دو، دو بھی یہی درجہ رکھتے ہیں۔“

English Translation

Narrated Abu Sa`id: A woman came to Allah's Apostle and said, O Allah's Apostle! Men (only) benefit by your teachings, so please devote to us from (some of) your time, a day on which we may come to you so that you may teach us of what Allah has taught you. Allah's Apostle said, Gather on such-and-such a day at suchand- such a place. They gathered and Allah's Apostle came to them and taught them of what Allah had taught him. He then said, No woman among you who has lost her three children (died) but that they will screen her from the Fire. A woman among them said, O Allah's Apostle! If she lost two children? She repeated her question twice, whereupon the Prophet said, Even two, even two, even two! (See Hadith No. 341, Vol. 2)
