وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «الَّذِي تَفُوتُهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ، كَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ»

Urdu Translation

  نافع نے حضرت ابن عمر ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ سے روایت کی کہ کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’جس شخص کی نماز عصر رہ گئی تو گیا اس کے اہل وعیال اور اس کا مال تباہ وبرباد ہو گئے ۔ ‘ ‘

English Translation

Ibn Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: He who misses the afternoon prayer, it is as though he has been deprived of his family and his property.
