حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ح و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ صَاحِبِ إِبِلٍ لَا يَفْعَلُ فِيهَا حَقَّهَا إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَتْ قَطُّ وَقَعَدَ لَهَا بِقَاعٍ قَرْقَرٍ تَسْتَنُّ عَلَيْهِ بِقَوَائِمِهَا وَأَخْفَافِهَا وَلَا صَاحِبِ بَقَرٍ لَا يَفْعَلُ فِيهَا حَقَّهَا إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَتْ وَقَعَدَ لَهَا بِقَاعٍ قَرْقَرٍ تَنْطَحُهُ بِقُرُونِهَا وَتَطَؤُهُ بِقَوَائِمِهَا وَلَا صَاحِبِ غَنَمٍ لَا يَفْعَلُ فِيهَا حَقَّهَا إِلَّا جَاءَتْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَكْثَرَ مَا كَانَتْ وَقَعَدَ لَهَا بِقَاعٍ قَرْقَرٍ تَنْطَحُهُ بِقُرُونِهَا وَتَطَؤُهُ بِأَظْلَافِهَا لَيْسَ فِيهَا جَمَّاءُ وَلَا مُنْكَسِرٌ قَرْنُهَا وَلَا صَاحِبِ كَنْزٍ لَا يَفْعَلُ فِيهِ حَقَّهُ إِلَّا جَاءَ كَنْزُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُجَاعًا أَقْرَعَ يَتْبَعُهُ فَاتِحًا فَاهُ فَإِذَا أَتَاهُ فَرَّ مِنْهُ فَيُنَادِيهِ خُذْ كَنْزَكَ الَّذِي خَبَأْتَهُ فَأَنَا عَنْهُ غَنِيٌّ فَإِذَا رَأَى أَنْ لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ سَلَكَ يَدَهُ فِي فِيهِ فَيَقْضَمُهَا قَضْمَ الْفَحْلِ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ يَقُولُ هَذَا الْقَوْلَ ثُمَّ سَأَلْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ و قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا حَقُّ الْإِبِلِ قَالَ حَلَبُهَا عَلَى الْمَاءِ وَإِعَارَةُ دَلْوِهَا وَإِعَارَةُ فَحْلِهَا وَمَنِيحَتُهَا وَحَمْلٌ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ

Urdu Translation

  ابن جریج نے کہا : مجھے ابو زبیر نے بتایا کہ انھوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ، آپ فرمارہے تھے : "" کوئی اونٹوں کا مالک نہیں جو ان کے معاملے میں اس طرح نہیں کرتا جس طرح ان کا حق ہے مگر وہ قیامت کے دن اپنی انتہائی زیادہ تعداد میں آئیں گے جو کبھی ان کی تھی اور وہ ان ( اونٹوں ) کے سامنے وسیع چٹیل میدان میں بیٹھے گا اور وہ اسے اپنے اگلے قدموں اور اپنے پاؤں سے روندیں گے ۔ اسی طرح کوئی گائے کا مالک نہیں جو ان کا حق ادا نہیں کرتا مگر وہ قیامت کے دن اس سے زیادہ سے زیادہ تعداد میں آئیں گی جو کبھی ان کی تھی ۔ اور وہ ان کے سامنے چٹیل میدان میں بیٹھے گا ، وہ اسے اپنے سینگوں سے ماریں گی اور اپنے پیروں سے روندیں گی اور اسی طرح بکریوں کا کوئی مالک نہیں جو ان کا حق ادا نہیں کرتا تو وہ قیامت کے دن اپنی زیادہ سے زیادہ تعداد میں آئیں گی جو کبھی ان کی تھی اور وہ ان کے سامنے وسیع چٹیل میدان میں بیٹھے گا اور وہ اسے اپنے سینگوں سے ماریں گی اور اپنے سموں سے اسے روندیں گی اور ان میں نہ کوئی سینگوں کے بغیر ہوگی اور نہ ہی کوئی ٹوٹے سینگوں والی ہوگی اور کوئی ( سونے چاندی کے ) خزانے کا مالک نہیں جو اس کا حق ادا نہیں کرتا مگر قیامت کے دن اس کا خزانہ گنجا سانپ بن کر آئے گا اور اپنا منہ کھولے ہوئے اس کاتعاقب کرے گا ، جب اس کے پاس پہنچے گا تو وہ اس سے بھاگے گا ، پھر وہ ( سانپ ) اسے آواز دے گا : اپنا خزانہ لے لو جو تم نے ( دنیامیں ) چھپا کررکھا تھا ۔ مجھے اس کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔ جب ( خزانے والا ) دیکھے گا اس سے بچنے کی کوئی صورت نہیں تو وہ اپنا ہاتھ اس ( سانپ ) کے منہ میں داخل کرے گا ، وہ اسے اس طرح چبائے گا جس طرح سانڈھ چباتا ہے ۔ "" ابو زبیر نے کہا : میں نے عبید بن عمیر کو یہ بات کہتے ہوئے سنا ، پھر ہم نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے اس ( حدیث ) کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انھوں نے اسی طرح کہا جس طرح عبید بن عمیر نے کہا ۔ اور ابو زبیر نے کہا : میں نے عبید بن عمیر کو کہتے ہوئے سنا ایک آدمی نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !اونٹوں کا حق کیا ہے؟آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" پانی ( پلانے کاموقع ) پر ان کا دودھ دوہنا ( اور لوگوں کو پلانا ) اور اس کا ڈول ادھار دینا اور اس کا سانڈ ادھار دینا اور اونٹنی کو دودھ پینے کے لئے دینا اور اللہ کی راہ میں سواری کی خاطر دینا ۔ ""

English Translation

Jabir b. 'Abdullah al-Ansari reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: The owner of a camel who does not pay what is due on it (would be punished in this way) that on the Day of Resurrection many more (along with his camel) would come and the owner would be made to sit on a soft sandy ground and they would trample him with their feet and hooves. And no owner of the cattle who does not pay what is due on them (would be spared the punishment) but on the Day of Resurrection, many more would come and he (the owner) would be made to sit on the soft sandy ground and would be gored by their horns and trampled under their feet. And no owner of the goats and sheep who does not pay what is due on them (would be spared of punishment) but many more would come on the Day of Resurrection and he (the owner) would be made to sit on a soft sandy ground and they would gore him with their horns and trample him under their hooves. And there would be more (among this flock of sheep and goat) without horns or with broken horns. And no owner of the treasure who does not pay its due but his treasure would come on the Day of Resurrection like a bald snake and would pursue him with its mouth open, and when it would come near he would run away from it, and he would be called thus: Take your treasure which you concealed, for I do not need it. When he would find no way out he would put his hand in its mouth and it would gnaw it like a he-camel. Abu Zubair said: We heard Ubaid b. Umair saying this. We then asked Jabir b. 'Abdullah about this. And he also said like Ubaid b. Umair, Abu Zubair said: I heard 'Ubaid b. 'Umair saying: A man said: Messenger of Allah, what is due on camels? He said: Milking them near water, and lending of bucket (used for drawing water from it), or lending its male for mating with a she-camel and providing it as a ride for the sake of Allah.
