حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ الْهَاشِمِيِّ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنَ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ رَبِيعَةَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، وَالْعَبَّاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ قَالَا: لِعَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، وَلِلْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ائْتِيَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ: فَأَلْقَى عَلِيٌّ رِدَاءَهُ، ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: أَنَا أَبُو حَسَنٍ الْقَرْمُ، وَاللهِ، لَا أَرِيمُ مَكَانِي حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْكُمَا ابْنَاكُمَا، بِحَوْرِ مَا بَعَثْتُمَا بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ: ثُمَّ قَالَ لَنَا «إِنَّ هَذِهِ الصَّدَقَاتِ إِنَّمَا هِيَ أَوْسَاخُ النَّاسِ، وَإِنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لِمُحَمَّدٍ، وَلَا لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ» وَقَالَ أَيْضًا: ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «ادْعُوَا لِي مَحْمِيَةَ بْنَ جَزْءٍ»، وَهُوَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَعْمَلَهُ عَلَى الْأَخْمَاسِ

Urdu Translation

  یو نس بن یزید نے ابن شہاب سے اور انھوں نے عبد اللہ بن حارث بن نو فل ہا شمی سے روایت کی کہ حضرت عبد المطلب بن ربیعہ بن حارث بن عبد المطلب نے انھیں بتا یا کہ ان کے والد ربیعہ بن حارث بن عبد المطلب اور عباس بن عبد المطلب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے عبد المطلب بن ربیعہ اور فضل بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے کہا تم دو نوں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پا س جاؤ ۔ ۔ ۔ اور امام مالک ؒ کی ( مذکورہ بالا ) حدیث کی طرح حدیث بیان کی اور اس میں کہا حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے اپنی چا در بچھا ئی اور اس پر لیٹ گئے اور کہا میں بات پر ڈٹ جا نے والا ابو حسن ہوں اللہ کی قسم !میں اپنی جگہ نہیں چھوڑوں گا یہاں تک کہ تم دونوں کے بیٹے جس مقصدکے لیے انھیں بھیج رہے ہو اس کا جواب لے کر تمھا رے پاس واپس ( نہ آجا ئیں ۔ اور اس حدیث میں کہا : پھر آپ نے ہمیں فر ما یا : "" یہ صدقات لوگوں کا میل کچل ہیں اور یقیناً یہ محمد اور آل محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے حلا ل نہیں اور یہ بھی کہا : پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا میرے پاس محمية بن جزکو بلاؤ ۔ وہ بنو اسد کا ایک فرد تھا جسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اموال خمس کے انتظامات کے لیے مقرر کیا تھا ۔

English Translation

Rabi'a b. Harith b. 'Abd al-Muttalib and Abbas b. 'Abd al-Muttalib said to Abd al-Muttalib b. Rabi'a and Fadl b. Ibn Abbas: Go to the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ), and the rest of the hadith is the same (but with this addition): 'Ali spread his cloak and then lay down on it and said: I am the father of Hasan, and I am the chief. By Allah, I would not move from my place till your sons come back to you with the reply to that for which you sent them to the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ). And he then also said: Verily these sadaqat are the impurities of people, and they are not permissible for Muhammad (may peaace be upon him), and for the family of Muhammad. And he also said: The Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) also said to me: Call Mahmiya b. Jaz', and he was person from Banu Asad. and the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) had appointed him as a collector of khums.
