Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

وحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا، لَيْسَ بِكَلْبِ صَيْدٍ، وَلَا مَاشِيَةٍ، وَلَا أَرْضٍ، فَإِنَّهُ يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ قِيرَاطَانِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ»، وَلَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي الطَّاهِرِ: وَلَا أَرْضٍ

Urdu Translation

  ابوطاہر اور حرملہ نے کہا : ہمیں ابن وہب نے خبر دی ، انہوں نے کہا : مجھے یونس نے ابن شہاب سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے سعید بن مسیب سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : "" جس شخص نے کتا پالا جو شکاری ہے ، نہ مویشیوں کے لیے ہے اور نہ ہی زمین کے لیے ، اس کے اجر سے ہر روز دو قیراط کم ہوں گے ۔ "" ابوطاہر کی حدیث میں "" نہ زمین کے لیے "" کے الفاظ نہیں ہیں ۔

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: He who kept a dog which is neither meant for hunting nor for watching the anitmals nor for watching the fields would lose two qirat every day out of his reward; and there is no mention of the fields in the hadith transmitted by Abu Tahir.
