Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَبْدٍ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «حَجَمَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدٌ لِبَنِي بَيَاضَةَ، فَأَعْطَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَجْرَهُ، وَكَلَّمَ سَيِّدَهُ فَخَفَّفَ عَنْهُ مِنْ ضَرِيبَتِهِ، وَلَوْ كَانَ سُحْتًا لَمْ يُعْطِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»

Urdu Translation

  شعبی نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : بنو بیاضہ کے ایک غلام نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جو پچھنے لگائے تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے اس کی اجرت دی اور آپ نے اس کے مالک سے بات کی تو اس نے اس کے محصول میں کچھ تخفیف کر دی اور اگر یہ ( اجرت ) حرام ہوتی تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس کو نہ دیتے ۔

English Translation

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported: The slave of Banu Bayada cupped Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) and he gave him his wages, and talked to his master and he reduced the charges, and if this earning was unlawful Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) would not have given it.
