Baab Sairapi Ke Aewaz Paidawar Main Hissadari Aur Muzarat

حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ: حَدَّثَنَا، وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «لَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الْآيَاتُ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ، خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاقْتَرَأَهُنَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ، ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنِ التِّجَارَةِ فِي الْخَمْرِ»

Urdu Translation

  منصور نے ابوضحیٰ ( مسلم بن صبیح ) سے ، انہوں نے مسروق سے اور انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : جب سورہ بقرہ کے آخری حصے کی آیات نازل ہوئیں تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم باہر تشریف لے گئے ۔ آپ نے لوگوں کے سامنے ان کی تلاوت کی ، پھر آپ نے شراب کی تجارت سے بھی منع فرما دیا ۔

English Translation

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the concluding verses of Sura Baqara were revealed, Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) went out and read them out to the people and then forbade them to trade in wine.
