حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ يَعْنِي أَبَا عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عَطَاءٌ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ

Urdu Translation

  عبدالحمید سے روایت ہے ، کہا : مجھے یزید بن ابی حبیب نے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : عطاء نے مجھے لکھ بھیجا کہ انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا : میں نے فتح مکہ کے سال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ۔ ۔ آگے لیث کی حدیث کی طرح ہے ۔

English Translation

Yazid b. Abu Habib reported: 'Ata' reported to me that he heard Jabir (b. 'Abdullah) saying it that he had heard that from Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) in the Year of Victory.
