Baab Jihad Aur Us Ke Doraan Rasool Saw Ke Ikhtiar Kerda Tareeqe

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا، وَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ أَتَيْتُمُوهَا، وَأَقَمْتُمْ فِيهَا، فَسَهْمُكُمْ فِيهَا، وَأَيُّمَا قَرْيَةٍ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ، فَإِنَّ خُمُسَهَا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ، ثُمَّ هِيَ لَكُمْ»

Urdu Translation

  ہمام بن منبہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : یہ احادیث ہیں جو حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمیں محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیں ، پھر انہوں نے چند احادیث ذکر کیں ، ان میں سے یہ بھی تھی : اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " تم لوگ جس بستی میں آؤ اور اس میں قیام کرو ( بغیر جنگ کے تمہاری تحویل میں آ جائے ) تو اس میں تمہارے لیے ( دوسرے مسلمانوں کی طرح ایک ) حصہ ہے اور جس بستی نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی ( اور تم نے لڑ کر اسے حاصل کیا ) تو اس کا خمس اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا حصہ ہے ، پھر وہ ( باقی سب ) تمہارا ہے

English Translation

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: If you come to a township (which has surrendered without a formal war) and stay therein, you have a share (that will be in the form of an award) in (the properties obtained from) it. If a township disobeys Allah and His Messenger (and actually fights against the Muslims) one-fifth of the booty seized therefrom is for Allah and His Apostle and the rest is for you.
