Baab Libaas Aur Zeenat Ke Ehkaam

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَنْبَأَهُمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ فِي الْقُمُصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي السَّفَرِ مِنْ حِكَّةٍ كَانَتْ بِهِمَا أَوْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِمَا

Urdu Translation

  ابو اسامہ نے ہمیں سعید بن ابی عروبہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : قتادہ نے ہمیں حدیث سنائی کہ انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے انھیں بتا یا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت عبد الرحمان بن عوف اور حضرت زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو ایک سفر میں خارش کی بنا پر یا کسی اور تکلیف کی بنا پر جو انھیں لا حق ہو گئی تھی ۔ ریشم پہننے کی اجازت مرحمت فرمائی ۔ ( حالات میں یہی مداوامیسر تھا ۔ )

English Translation

Anas b. Malik reported to them (his companions) that Allah's Messnger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) had granted concession to Abd al-Rahman b. *Anf and Zubair b. 'Awwam for the wearing of a silk shirt during the journey and because of itch which they both had or any other disease from which both of them had been suffering.
