حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لِبَاسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَعَنْ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ وَعَنْ لِبَاسِ الْمُعَصْفَرِ

Urdu Translation

  معمر نے زہری سے ، انھوں نے ابرا ہیم بن عبد اللہ حنین سے انھوں نے اپنے والد حضرت علی بن ابی طا لب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے سونے کی انگوٹھی پہننےسے ریشم کے کپڑے پہننے سے رکو ع اور سجود میں قرآن مجید پڑھنے سے اور گیروے رنگ کا لبا س پہننے سے منع فرما یا ۔

English Translation

Ali b. Abu Talib reported: Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) forbade me to use gold rings. to wear silk clothes and to recite the Qur'an in ruku' and sajda (prostration), and to wear yellow garments.
