حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «نِسَاءُ قُرَيْشٍ خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ، أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى طِفْلٍ، وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ» قَالَ: يَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عَلَى إِثْرِ ذَلِكَ: وَلَمْ تَرْكَبْ مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ بَعِيرًا قَطُّ

Urdu Translation

  یونس نے ابن شہاب سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : مجھے سعید بن مسیب نے حدیث بیان کی کہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا : میں نے رسول اللہ سے سنا ، آپ نے فرمایا : "" قریش کی عورتیں اونٹوں پر سواری کرنے والی تمام عورتوں میں سب سے اچھی ہیں ، بچے پر سب سے بڑھ کر مہربان ہیں اور اپنے خاوند کے لئے اس کے مال کی سب سے زیادہ حفاظت کرنے والی ہیں ۔ "" ( سعیدبن مسیب نے ) کہا : ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اس کے بعد کہا کر تے تھے : مریم بنت عمران علیہ السلام اونٹ پر کبھی سوار نہیں ہوئیں ۔

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported: I heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: The women of the Quraish are good amongst the womenfolk. They ride camels and show affection to their children and zealously guard the wealth of their husbands. Abu Huraira said at the end of this narration that Mary, the daughter of Imran, never rode the camel.
