Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: A fifth is payable on buried treasure.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: دفینہ میں خمس ( پانچواں حصہ ) ہے ۱؎ ۔
