حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زِيَادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يُصْبِحُ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ وَجَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا أَصَابَ فِي يَوْمِهِ ذَلِكَ مِنْ ذَنْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنْ قَالَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا أَصَابَ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ .

Urdu Translation

مسلم بن زیاد کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے ہوئے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے صبح کے وقت «اللهم إني أصبحت أشهدك وأشهد حملة عرشك وملائكتك وجميع خلقك أنك أنت الله لا إله إلا أنت وحدك لا شريك لك وأن محمدا عبدك ورسولك» اے اللہ! میں نے صبح کی میں تجھے اور تیرے عرش کے اٹھانے والوں کو تیرے فرشتوں کو اور تیری تمام مخلوقات کو گواہ بنا کر کہتا ہوں کہ تو ہی اللہ ہے تیرے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں ہے تو اکیلا ہے تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے اور محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تیرے بندے اور تیرے رسول ہیں کہا تو اس دن اس سے جتنے بھی گناہ سرزد ہوئے ہوں گے، سب معاف کر دیے جائیں گے، اور جس کسی نے ان کلمات کو شام کے وقت کہا تو اس رات میں اس سے جتنے گناہ سرزد ہوئے ہوں گے سب معاف کر دئیے جائیں گے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If anyone says in the morning: O Allah! in the morning we call Thee, the bearers of Thy Throne, Thy angels, and all Thy creatures to witness that Thou art Allah than Whom there is no god, Thou being alone and without a partner, and that Muhammad is Thy servant and Thy Messenger, Allah will forgive him any sins that he commits that day; and if he repeats them in the evening. Allah will forgive him any sins he commits that night.
