Baab Hajj Ke Ehkaam O Manasik

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَزَرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُحْرِمًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَآذَاهُ الْقَمْلُ فِي رَأْسِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ رَأْسَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوْ أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينَ مُدَّيْنِ مُدَّيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَوِ انْسُكْ شَاةً، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَيَّ ذَلِكَ فَعَلْتَ أَجْزَأَ عَنْكَ .

Urdu Translation

کعب بن عجرہ رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   وہ احرام باندھے ہوئے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے، تو ان کے سر کے جوئیں انہیں تکلیف دینے لگیں۔ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں سر منڈا لینے کا حکم دیا اور فرمایا: ” ( اس کے کفارہ کے طور پر ) تین دن کے روزے رکھو، یا چھ مسکینوں کوفی مسکین دو دو مد کے حساب سے کھانا کھلاؤ، یا ایک بکری ذبح کرو، ان تینوں میں سے جو بھی کر لو گے تمہاری طرف سے کافی ہو جائے گا“۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Kab bin Ujra: That he was with the Messenger of Allah in Ihram and he suffered an infestation of head lice. The Messenger of Allah commanded him to shave his head and told him: Fast for three days, or fed six poor persons two Mudds earch, or sacrifice a sheep. Whichever one of these you do will be sufficient for you.'
