أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَرَمِيٌّ هُوَ لَقَبُهُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَمَةٌ يَطَؤُهَا، فَلَمْ تَزَلْ بِهِ عَائِشَةُ، وَحَفْصَةُ حَتَّى حَرَّمَهَا عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: يَأَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكَ سورة التحريم آية 1 إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ .
انس رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ایک لونڈی تھی، آپ اس سے مجامعت فرماتے تھے۔ عائشہ اور حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا ایک دن آپ کے پاس بیٹھی رہیں یہاں تک کہ آپ نے اسے اپنے اوپر حرام کر لی، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت: «يا أيها النبي لم تحرم ما أحل اللہ لك» إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ ”اے نبی! آپ اس چیز کو اپنے لیے کیوں حرام قرار دے رہے ہیں جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کے لیے حلال رکھا ہے“۔ ( التحریم: ۱ ) مکمل آیت نازل فرمائی ۱؎۔
