Baab Mazar'At-Bitai Pe Zameen Dene Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى عَنِ الْحَقْلِ وَهِيَ الْمُزَابَنَةُ . خَالَفَهُ هِشَامٌ وَرَوَاهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ.

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے «حقل»  ( تہائی، چوتھائی پر بیع ) ، اور یہی مزابنہ ہے، سے منع فرمایا۔ ہشام نے معاویہ کی مخالفت کی ہے، انہوں نے اسے «عن یحییٰ عن ابی سلمہ عن جابر» کی سند سے روایت کیا ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet forbade Al-Haql and it is Al-Muzabanah.
