Baab Mazar'At-Bitai Pe Zameen Dene Ke Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ طَارِقٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا بَأْسَ بِإِجَارَةِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ.

Urdu Translation

سعید بن مسیب کہتے ہیں کہ خالی زمین کو سونے، چاندی کے بدلے کرائے پر اٹھانے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab said: There is nothing wrong with renting uncultivated land for gold and silver.
