أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا تُبَاعُ بِخِرْصِهَا .

Urdu Translation

زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عاریت والی بیع میں اجازت دی کہ ( اس کی تازہ کھجوروں کو ) اندازہ کر کے ( توڑی ہوئی ) کھجوروں کے بدلے بیچی ( جا سکتی ) ہے۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Zaid bin Thabit that: the Messenger of Allah granted a concession allowing Araya sales by estimation.
