It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet said: Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him.

أَخْبَرَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ .

سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو اپنے غلام کو قتل کر دے گا ہم اسے قتل کریں گے اور جو اپنے غلام کا عضو کاٹے گا ہم اس کا عضو کاٹیں گے“۔
