Baab Chour Ka Hath Kaatne Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَخْلَدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا مُنْتَهِبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ سُفْيَانُ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ.

Urdu Translation

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”امانت میں خیانت کرنے والے، علانیہ لوٹ کر لے جانے اور اچک لینے والے کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا“ ۱؎۔ ( ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: ) اسے سفیان نے ابو الزبیر سے نہیں سنا۔ ( اس کی دلیل اگلی سند ہے )

English Translation

It was narrated from Sufyan, from Abu Az-Zubair, from Jabir that: the Messenger of Allah robber and pilferer is not to be cut off. (Sahih) Sufyan did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair.
