أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الصَّعْقِ بْنِ حَزْنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ إِلَى عَدِيِّ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ:‏‏‏‏ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ .
