It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Eat Suhur, for in Suhur there is a blessing.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السُّحُورِ بَرَكَةً .

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سحری کھاؤ، سحری میں برکت ہے ۱؎۔
