حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا أَبَا صَفْوَانَ بْنَ عُمَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رِجْلَ سَرَاوِيلَ قَبْلَ الْهِجْرَةِ فَوَزَنَ لِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَرْجَحَ لِي .

Urdu Translation

سماک بن حرب کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے مالک ابوصفوان بن عمیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہتے سنا کہ ہجرت سے پہلے میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ہاتھ ایک پاجامہ بیچا، آپ نے مجھے قیمت تول کر دی، اور جھکا کر دی ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Simak bin Harb said: I heard Malik Abu Safwan bin 'Umairah, say: 'I bought a pair of trousers from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) before the Hijrah, and he weighed it for me and allowed more. '
