Baab Mashroobat Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ عِنْدِي وَهُوَ قَرِيرُ الْعَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏طَيِّبُ النَّفْسِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيَّ وَهُوَ حَزِينٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏خَرَجْتَ مِنْ عِنْدِي وَأَنْتَ قَرِيرُ الْعَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَجَعْتَ وَأَنْتَ حَزِينٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنِّي دَخَلْتُ الْكَعْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ فَعَلْتُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَتْعَبْتُ أُمَّتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے پاس سے نکلے، آپ بہت خوش اور ہشاش بشاش تھے، پھر میرے پاس واپس آئے تو آپ غمگین تھے، یہ دیکھا تو میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا بات ہے، ابھی میرے پاس سے آپ نکلے تو آپ بہت خوش تھے، اور واپس آئے ہیں تو غمگین ہیں؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: میں کعبہ کے اندر گیا، پھر میرے جی میں آیا کہ کاش میں نے ایسا نہ کیا ہوتا، میں ڈرتا ہوں کہ اپنے بعد میں اپنی امت کو مشقت میں نہ ڈال دوں ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out delighted, then he came back to me sad. I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, (why did) you go out happy and come back sad?’ He said: ‘I entered the Ka’bah, and I wish that I had not done that, because I am afraid that I may have caused difficulty for my nation after I am gone.’”
