Baab Jannat Ka Wasf Aur Is Ki Naimaton Ka Tazkira

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سَلَّامِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ أَبِي شُرَحْبِيلَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حَبَّةَ،‏‏‏‏ وَسَوَاءٍ ابْنَيْ خَالِدٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُعَالِجُ شَيْئًا فَأَعَنَّاهُ عَلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَيْأَسَا مِنَ الرِّزْقِ مَا تَهَزَّزَتْ رُءُوسُكُمَا،‏‏‏‏ فَإِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ تَلِدُهُ أُمُّهُ أَحْمَرَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قِشْرٌ،‏‏‏‏ ثُمَّ يَرْزُقُهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .

Urdu Translation

ابنائے خالد حبہ اور سواء رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   ہم نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گئے، آپ کچھ مرمت کا کام کر رہے تھے تو ہم نے اس میں آپ کی مدد کی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم روزی کی طرف سے مایوس نہ ہونا جب تک تمہارے سر ہلتے رہیں، بیشک انسان کی ماں اس کو لال جنتی ہے، اس پر کھال نہیں ہوتی پھر اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو رزق دیتا ہے ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Habbah and Sawa’, the two daughters of Khalid, said: “We entered upon the Prophet (ﷺ) when he was doing something, so we helped him with it. Then he said: ‘Do not despair of provision so long as your heads are still moving, for a person’s mother bears him red with raw skin, then Allah provides for him.’”
