Baab Jannat Ka Wasf Aur Is Ki Naimaton Ka Tazkira

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ دَاوُدَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ عن قَوْلةِ:‏‏‏‏ يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الأَرْضِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ سورة إبراهيم آية 48، ‏‏‏‏‏‏سورة إبراهيم آية 48 فَأَيْنَ تَكُونُ النَّاسُ يَوْمَئِذٍ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے «يوم تبدل الأرض غير الأرض والسموات» جس دن زمین اور آسمان بدل دئیے جائیں گے ( سورة إبراهيم: 48 ) سے متعلق پوچھا کہ لوگ اس وقت کہاں ہوں گے؟ تو آپ صلی اللہعلیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پل صراط پر ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): “On the Day when the earth will be changed to another earth and so will be the heavens.” [14:48] – where will the people be on that Day?’ He said: ‘On the Sirat (the Bridge across Hell-fire).’”
