Baab Jannat Ka Wasf Aur Is Ki Naimaton Ka Tazkira

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ الْجُهَنِيِّ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ صَدَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِمَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يُؤْمِنُ ثُمَّ يُسَدِّدُ،‏‏‏‏ إِلَّا سُلِكَ بِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَرْجُو أَلَّا يَدْخُلُوهَا حَتَّى تَبَوَّءُوا أَنْتُمْ،‏‏‏‏ وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ ذَرَارِيِّكُمْ مَسَاكِنَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَقَدْ وَعَدَنِي رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ يُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابِ .

Urdu Translation

رفاعہ جہنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ لوٹے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں محمد کی جان ہے، کوئی بندہ ایسا نہیں ہے، جو ایمان لائے، پھر اس پر جما رہے مگر وہ اس کی وجہ سے جنت میں داخل کیا جائے گا، اور میں امید کرتا ہوں کہ وہ اس میں داخل نہ ہوں گے یہاں تک کہ تم اور تمہاری اولاد میں جو لوگ نیک ہوئے جنت کے مکانات میں ٹھکانا نہ بنا لیں، اور مجھ سے میرے رب نے وعدہ کیا ہے کہ وہ میری امت میں سے ستر ہزار لوگوں کو بغیر حساب و کتاب جنت میں داخل کرے گا ۔

English Translation

It was narrated that Rifa’ah Al-Juhani said: “We came back (from a campaign) with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and he said: ‘By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, there is no person who believes then stands firm, but he will be caused to enter Paradise. I hope that they will not enter it until you and those who are righteous among your offspring will enter it and take up your dwelling places therein. And my Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without being brought to account.’”
