Baab Jannat Ka Wasf Aur Is Ki Naimaton Ka Tazkira

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاق الْجَوْهَرِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَبِيهِ،‏‏‏‏ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ عِشْرُونَ وَمِائَةُ،‏‏‏‏ صَفٍّ ثَمَانُونَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ،‏‏‏‏ وَأَرْبَعُونَ مِنْ سَائِرِ الْأُمَمِ .

Urdu Translation

بریدہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جنت والوں کی ایک سو بیس صفیں ہوں گی، ان میں سے اسی صفیں اس امت کے لوگوں کی ہوں گی، اور چالیس صفیں اور امتوں میں سے ۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Buraidah, from his father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The people of Paradise are one hundred and twenty ranks, eighty from this nation and forty from all other nations.”
