حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْمُقْرِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعَالَ فَخُطَّ لِي مَسْجِدًا فِي دَارِي أُصَلِّي فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ مَا عَمِيَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَجَاءَ فَفَعَلَ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   قبیلہ انصار کے ایک آدمی نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس خبر بھیجی کہ آپ تشریف لائیں اور میرے گھر میں مسجد کے لیے حد بندی کر دیں تاکہ میں اس میں نماز پڑھا کروں، اور یہ اس لیے کہ وہ صحابی نابینا ہو گئے تھے، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے، اور ان کی مراد پوری کر دی ۱؎۔

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: A man among the Ansar sent word to the Messenger of Allah saying: Come and designate a place in my house where I can perform prayer,' that was after he had become blind. So he went and did that.
