حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْكَعُ فَيَضَعُ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ وَيُجَافِي بِعَضُدَيْهِ .

Urdu Translation

عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے انہوں نے فرمایا کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رکوع کرتے تھے تو اپنے ہاتھ گھٹنوں پر رکھتے تھے اور بازوؤں کو ( پہلوؤں سے ) دور رکھتے تھے۔

English Translation

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to bow with his hands on his knees and his upper arms held away from his sides.”
