Marinate the beef steaks with 4tbsp of lemon juice, 1tbsp mustard paste,1/2tsp black pepper ,1/2tsp salt. 1tsp garlic paste and 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Refrigerate the steaks overnight
Roast the beef steak, 5 minutes each, from both sides on a hot pan
To prepare the white sauce melt 50g butter in a frying pan and cook 1tbsp of flour .Stir for 1-2 minutes
Add the milk,1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp oregano. 1 cup chopped mushrooms and 1tbsp parmesan cheese
When the sauce begins to thicken , turn the flame off and add 1tbsp lemon juice
Place steaks on plates, top with sauce, and serve with boiled mixed veggies
