Ingredients
  1. ½ kg beef keema
  2. I medium onion chopped
  3. ¼ cup hara dhania
  4. 2-3 hari mirchi
  5. Lemon rind(fresh) 1½ tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Zeera 1 tb
  8. Salt as taste
  9. Bread crumss 1 cup but we use according to requirement
  10. 2 cup rice baghoo deye 1/2 hour then boil ker leye 1 kani chori hai
  11. Red chillies ¼ tsp
  12. Fresh Red Chilli 1 finelly chopped
  13. Kajoo oil dal keroo fry ker leye(as requird)
  14. Dhania 1tb kute leye
  15. 3-4 tb khismsih
  16. Pinapple 1 can small pieces
  17. Hari pyaaz 8-10 chopped
  18. Butter and oil as requird
  19. And boil eggs for garnish
Method
  • Mix all these things and shallow fry .
  • Chawal Kaju Aur Ananas Kay:
  • Oil dal ker butter 1/3 cup dalain,
  • Then add pineapple chunks and khismish fry a bit then add 1 red fresh chilli chopped,now add dhania kutta howa add red chilli powder ¼ tsp now add hari pyaz and kajoo mix well then add boil rice and add salt ,pineapple syrup just little and fry rice well, add chopped mint 5-6 leaves..fry a bit more ….done…
