1. Flatten each chicken breast using steak hammer. In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp all spice, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 2 tbsp tamarind paste and salt to taste.
2. Marinate chicken breast with the prepared paste. Finely chop 1 onion and 2 green chilies. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan; add chopped onion and green chilies. Fry till onion is tender. Now add ½ kg boiled potatoes, salt to taste and ½ tsp crushed black pepper. Fry well and keep aside.
3. Now put marinated chicken on a greased grill pan. Cook well from both sides till tender. Serve with boiled potatoes.
